• Unix Admin: Solaris with Veritas Vol Manager / Veritas Cluster & Zones. Linux with LVM / Cluster AIX with HACMP / VIO / Veritas Cluster VCS
• Wintel Admin: Windows Server Admin with Citrix / VmWare / Windows clustering / Veritas clustering / Hyper V
• Backup & Restore: ITCAM, TEC, RPT, EMC Legato Networker, Symantec Backup Exec / HP Data Protector, Symantec Netbackup
• Storage: EMC Storage, Clariion, Symantrix DMX, HITACHI, Mainframe Storage, HP Storage & Net Apps
• Mainframe Admin: Mainframe System Admins & MVS Administrator - ZOS Mainframe
• Mail Server Admin: Lotus Notes Domino, Blackberry, EmailXtender archival product / MS Exchange / UM Messaging / OCS 2007
• ITSM Consultants: ITIL, ITSM Consulting, Service Management, SME, CMMI Compliance
• Tools: HP OM/Network Node Manager (NNM) / HP Business Availability Center / HP Performance insight Manager / PEREGRINE / HP Service Manager
